I am proficient anywhere from the battlefield to the bedroom. But relationships? I was terrible at relationships. Nobody taught me, and I thought it should come naturally.

Manifestation totally aligns with my experience coaching people in a gym setting. It is the ultimate accountability game. Like it or not, your relationship, just like your body and your life, is the accumulation of choices, mindsets, and how you show up at an energetically. And I realized I was giving everyone outside my home my best efforts, and my family got the left-overs. Once I realized that my life began to rapidly improve.

A relationship is itself an entity- like a child. It must be nurtured, fed, given attention, played with. How much attention are you giving your relationship? Or are you taking it for granted?

When you understand that its time to get curious. How good of a relationship can I co-create with my partner? What are my roles? What are their roles? It doens't need to start with willingness. It can start with curiousity.
